Benefits of Registering
You don’t have to register to explore newrepublic.com.au but registering and creating an account will allow you to fully enjoy our site. Not only will shopping be easier, but your entire experience with us will become customized over time.
By creating an account, you can store billing or shipping information for easier and faster checkout, maintain an address book, review your order history and edit billing or shipping information your information is strictly confidential and is not disclosed to third parties under any circumstances.


  • Your Address Book
When you register with newrepublic.com.au, you will have the option to create your own address book. This feature allows you to store not only your own billing and shipping information, but also the names and addresses of people you frequently send gifts to. It’s easy to add, change or delete information from your address list at any time.
Please note: The information that you store in your address list is for your use only. newrepublic.com.au will not contact anyone listed unless we have a specific communication about a delivery.
The bank or credit card payment transactions between the computer and the secure payment system (SIPS) managed by Westpac Banking Corporation. New Republic service provider for online payment transaction is entirely encoded and protected using S.S.L (Secure Socket Layer) procedures. At no time your banking data, credit card details transmitted to the New Republic information system. New Republic do not collect or store your banking data, credit card details.

We will send an e-mail confirming the details of your order and the shipping method.
You may check your order status through the Order History area of My Account or the Track Your Orders option. You can also contact a Customer Service Representative at +61 3 9478 2770. Your Order History lists the current status of pending orders.

Shipping Status
You will receive a shipment tracking number with your shipment confirmation e-mail. Gift shipments are confirmed by letter if an e-mail address is not provided. You will be able to find the shipping status of any order by going to the shipping company and entering the tracking number pertaining to your order.
Changes to Orders
Because your order is processed as soon as we receive it in our system, we are unable to modify or cancel your order once we have processed it.
