The free Shipping offer is valid on orders more than $200 shipped around Australia and applies to Standard Ground shipping orders only. The $200 threshold applies to merchandise only. Gift Vouchers, taxes and additional shipping and handling do not count toward the qualifying amount. The total order amount after any discounts are applied must be more than $200 to qualify. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments. If you choose to ship Standard Ground and are shipping to multiple addresses, you will receive free shipping on all shipping destinations if more than $200 in merchandise is shipped to each address.

Shipping Status

you will receive a shipment tracking number with your shipment confirmation e-mail. Gift shipments are confirmed by letter if an e-mail address is not provided. You will be able to find the shipping status of any order by going to the shipping company and entering the tracking number pertaining to your order.
