New Republic Return Policy In accordance with Australian consumer codes that the buyer has period of seven (7) days to return at his or her expense the product(s) ordered if, for one reason or another the Buyer is not satisfied with them. This seven (7) days period runs from the Products reception date by the Buyer. New Republic accepts only those Products which have not being worn or washed and which are returned with their label and material tags intact. The Product must be returned in their packaging and packing of origin to the following address. 683 Nicholson Street North Carlton Vic 3054 Melbourne / Australia. Prior to returning Products the return must be notified by sending the return notice attached to the product invoice by mail to New Republic Internet Client Services Department 683 Nicholson Street North Carlton Vic 3054 Melbourne / Australia Or to be Fax to 61-3 9387 2495. Upon fulfillment of above condition New Republic will reimburse the amount paid by the Buyer with in thirty (30) days starting from the date of reception of the package by New Republic. (Date of posting by the Buyer is as valid notice to New Republic that the Buyer has exercised the right to withdrew his or her order) except return expenses which are born by the Buyer.
Full price merchandise returned within 7 days from the Products reception date your purchase will be credited to the original method of payment (credit card, gift voucher), if accompanied by the original invoice or original sales receipt.
1.Making a Return by Mail
The Product must be returned in their packaging and packing of origin to the following address. 683 Nicholson Street North Carlton Vic 3054 Melbourne / Australia Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
For your convenience, a postage-paid return label has been provided. Simply affix the label to your package and take it to your local post office. Your package will be returned to us via Australia Postal Service.
We will deduct $8 from your order refund for return postage when using the postage-paid return label. If you pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee. The $8 fee does not apply to gift returns from a gift recipient or same-item exchanges. Original shipping charges are not refundable. By using our postage-paid return label, you can track the status of your return shipment at newrepublic.com.au through the Order Details page. Please allow up to 3 days after you mail your return for tracking to be available. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Create your own items cannot be returned or exchanged.

This address can only be used to return items purchased at newrepublic.com.au If you would like to return items purchased elsewhere, please contact a Customer Service Representative at +61 3 93381 4825 and he or she will be happy to assist you.
When paying for return postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package via Mail or FedEx, and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.
2.Making a Return to any of our boutiques
Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy. You must have your invoice with you in order for the boutiques to process your return and credit the original form of payment. Please use the Boutiques Locator found at newrepublic.com.au (Our Boutiques) or contact a Customer Service Representative at +61 3 9381 4825 to find a Boutiques. Returns cannot be made at department stores and specialty Boutiques locations where they are only a New Republic stockist. New Republic accepts only those Products which have not being worn or washed and which are returned with their label and material tags intact.
Please note that returning newrepublic.com.au merchandise at our retail Boutiques can be a time-consuming process. We strongly recommend that you make returns by mail using the postage-paid return label provided with your order.
Returns of products purchased with PayPal® are accepted only by mail at newrepublic.com.au, not at our Boutiques.
3.Returning a Gift
Gift recipients who return an item and do not want an exchange will be issued a newrepublic.com.au online Gift Voucher. You will receive an e-mail notification upon receipt of your gift return provided that your e-mail address is included on your return/exchange form.
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
Create Your Own items cannot be returned or exchanged.
